ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY TUESDAY OCTOBER 13TH. Removal will be on a First Come-First Serve Basis in an Orderly Fashion on the following Days/Times: Auction day after auction concludes until 3PM, Friday 10/9 from 9A to 3P, Mon 10/12 to Tue 10/13 from 9A to 3P. No removal will be conducted on auction day until instructed by auctioneer. All items must be removed by 3pm on 10/13.  Any items not removed are considered abandoned, no refunds given.

Local pickup only. ServCorp International, Inc does not package or ship auction items. Winning bidders may pick up their items after full payment has been received or purchaser can arrange for a third party logistics firm to manage the removal process. There is no loading dock or ramps at auction site.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: 10% for Onsite & 16% for Online | $25 Notary Fee applies | Some items will be subject to reserve | Sales Tax rate is 10.493%
