He is also in charge of the upgrading and maintenance of computers and maintains the Website. He is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Louisiana (License # 1467). Active Member of the Louisiana Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) Courses 101 & 201 completed in July 2007, GPPA Designation achieved in December 2007. Served on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Auctioneers Association for 2008-2009 & 2011-2012. Served as the Louisiana Auctioneers Association Vice-President from 2009-2011. ARIEL MUTZ - Vice President of ServCorp International. Completed auction school at Texas Auction Academy in June 2010. She is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Louisiana (License # 1751). She has over nine years experience in the auction industry. She is also a member of the Louisiana and National Auctioneers Associations. Ariel graduated in May 2011 with High Honor. She attended the University of New Orleans, and majored in Business Administration from 2011 - 2015. She graduated Nursing School in Dec 2017 and is currently working as a Registered Nurse. She is a third generation auctioneer in the Mutz Family.
YVETTE M. MUTZ, GPPA – Manager of ServCorp International with duties including daily accounting procedures, marketing and decision making. Over Twenty years experience in the auction industry and computer operations. Over ten years experience in layout design for brochures and advertising and in maintaining the Website. Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) Courses 101 & 201 completed in July 2007, GPPA Designation achieved in December 2007. Completed the Accounting Fundamentals certificate program through Delta College LifeLong Learning in August 2013. She obtained her Statewide Notary Public Commission for Lousiana in July 2016. CONNIE WHITFIELD – Executive Assistant for ServCorp International, Inc. & Sencore Properties. Duties include day to day operations for auctions and appraisals including typing, filing, answering phones, and auction registration, cashiering and check out. Ms. Whitfield has over fifteen years experience in the auction industry.
CHARLES “CHUCK” MUTZ, BAS – Part time Auctioneer for ServCorp International. Chuck is the owner of The Black Tie Auctioneer and handles Charitable Events for various organizations. Subject Matter Expert in Communications and Charitable Events. Auctioneer for over 25 years and was a Realtor for over 15 years. He is a licensed auctioneer in the State of Louisiana (License # 748) specializing in Non-Profit and Charitable Events. He obtained the Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS) designation in 2017. Active Member of the Louisiana Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. Official Auctioneer for the George Rodrigue Foundation for the Arts, The New Orleans Hornets Foundation and the Southeast Louisiana Chapter for the American Red Cross among others.
JESSICA MARTIN – Full-Time Executive Assistant & Account Manager for ServCorp International. Assists in administrative duties in the office and during the auctions. Her main focus is handling the daily responsibilities for the City of New Orleans Abandoned/Seized Vehicle auction. She has over ten years experience in the auction industry.
RICHARD VAN ETTEN, SR. – Asset Manager/Broker for ServCorp International, Inc. Handles daily operations of asset management, is assistant and ringman for auctioneers and handles absentee bidding at auctions. Maintains the yard and minor repairs to facilities. He has over eight years experience in the auction industry.
