Payment Deadline: Full Payment is due by 2PM on Thursday 11/20/25. All in-person payments are to be made at 6920 Franklin Ave location. Overnight payments can be sent to ServCorp at 101 Magnolia Street, Slidell, LA 70460.
Onsite Removal will be on a First Come-First Serve Basis in an Orderly Fashion on the following Days/Times: Day of auction until 3pm, Wed 11/19 & Thu 11/20 from 9AM-3PM & Mon 11/24 & Tue 11/25 from 9AM-3PM. THERE IS NO REMOVAL ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS; the facility is closed on these days.
Off-Site Removal for items located at the Lakefront Airport will be appointment only on Day of auction until 3pm, Wed 11/19 & Thu 11/20 between 9AM-3PM & Mon 11/24 & Tue 11/25 between 9AM-3PM. YOU MUST MAKE APPT BEFORE TRYING TO PICK UP.
All auction items must be picked up on or before 11/25 unless otherwise noted. Any items not removed are considered abandoned, no refunds given. If you are an out of state online bidder and require additional time, you must contact auction company by 11/25 to obtain approval for additional removal time for both locations, however your items must still be removed in a timely manner.
Local pickup only. ServCorp International, Inc does not package or ship auction items. After full payment has been received, winning bidders may pick up their items at the auction location or can arrange for a third party logistics firm to manage the removal process.
