Removal will be on a First Come-First Serve Basis in an Orderly Fashion on the following Days/Times: Day of auction until 3pm, Friday 3/27 from 9A-3P, Mon 3/30 to TBD from 9A-3P. All items must be out by April 4th – No exceptions – the building is being sold and keys turned over to new owner on the 6th. Weekend removal may be available for a fee and by appointment; contact auction company to inquire. Any items not removed are considered abandoned, no refunds given.
Local pickup only. ServCorp International, Inc does not package or ship auction items. Winning bidders may pick up their items after full payment has been received or purchaser can arrange for a third party logistics firm to manage the removal process.
