Removal will be on a First Come-First Serve Basis in an Orderly Fashion on the following Days/Times: Day of auction after the auction concludes and until 4pm, Friday 3/27 from 9A-3P, Mon 3/30 to Tue 3/31 from 9A-3P. Sat 3/28, Wed 4/1, Thu 4/2 & Fri 4/3 will be by specific Appointments only. All items must be out by April 4th – No exceptions – the building is being sold and keys turned over to new owner on the 6th. Contact auction company if interested in scheduling appointment for 3/28,  4/1 to 4/3. Any items not removed are considered abandoned/forfeited, no refunds given.

Local pickup only. ServCorp International, Inc does not package or ship auction items. Winning bidders may pick up their items after full payment has been received or purchaser can arrange for a third party logistics firm to manage the removal process.
